Due to the unprecedented nature of the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) Fox Metro will temporarily halt the disconnection of water services due to non –payment for the next 30 days. We believe maintaining water service is essential to reduce COVID-19 transmission and upholds our principles of protecting human health and the environment.
Customers are still responsible for the balances due on accounts, and charges will continue to accrue for the consumption.
We will reevaluate the plan throughout the month as the coronavirus pandemic continues to develop. We expect to resume normal procedures for disconnection due to non- payment in the near future.
In addition to our regular cleaning procedures, we have implemented additional rigorous cleaning routines in all high-traffic public areas.
