Fox Metro Receives Gold Peak Performance Award
The National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) has presented the Fox Metro Water Reclamation District…
The Fox Metro Water Reclamation District (Fox Metro) is a public utility responsible for the conveyance and treatment of wastewater. Wastewater is generated from people using their toilets, sinks, bathing, dishes, and laundry. We also serve commercial and industrial users.
We are also responsible for the public sanitary sewer service pipes over 15″ in diameter and lift (pump) stations. Residents are responsible for their own service pipes that connect to the main public service lines under the streets.
We provide the public sewer service for the surrounding communities. Drinking water and stormwater inquiries should be directed to your local municipality. Boulder Hill residents should direct their non-wastewater inquiries to Village of Montgomery on drinking water and Oswego Township for all other matters, such as leaf collection, clogged storm drains, and snow removal.
