Watering Credit

If you are extensively watering your lawn or filling a large pool, you MAY be eligible for a watering credit.

• Adjustments are available on current invoices only,  and requests must be received prior to your next bill being issued.
• If your invoice qualifies for a credit , an updated statement will be mailed out & should be received within 7 business days.
• Not all requests will qualify for a watering credit.
• Fox Metro offers this bill credit program as a courtesy to our ratepayers and is not legally obligated to do so. We have had an influx of complaints and employee abuse when processing these credits. Arguing, abuse, and attempts to negotiate will not be tolerated.
