Online Account & Internet Payments

You may view your account information and make electronic payments using your Credit/Debit Card or Bank Account by clicking on the button listed below. Once you enroll, you will be emailed when a new bill is issued and ready to be viewed. Automatic payment options are also available. Fox Metro does not charge convenience fees for online payments.

Note: In order to enroll, you will need to have your most recent billing statement. A Disconnection Notice or Penalty Letter will not work.

All current online and autopay users will need to re-enroll at that time to setup payment methods, automatic payments, and paperless billing preferences. For security reasons, we will not be able to transfer your current information into the new system.

Bill Payment Methods

Fox Metro currently accepts payments through the following methods:

Cash
Check
Credit/Debit Card (VISA, Mastercard, or Discover)
Automatic Payments can be setup online using a Credit/Debit Card or your Checking/Savings account

Walk-Up Payments

Walk-up payments can be made at the Administration Building, located at 682 State Route 31, Oswego, Illinois. The Billing Department is open from 8:00 AM through 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. After hours payments can be made by placing a check or money order, with the billing stub attached, in a sealed envelope and then depositing the envelope in our 24-hour drop-box near the front door of the building.

Administration is closed to the public on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve.

Phone Payments

You may make payments 24 Hours a day using our toll free Automated Phone Payment System. You will need your “PIN number” and “Customer ID”, which can be found in the upper-right corner of your bill, directly beneath your account number. There is no fee for this service. The number is 1-855-548-2896. Payments may be made using your Credit/Debit Card or bank account.

If you need to speak with a representative, you may call 630-301-6881 between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Water Service Reconnection Guidelines

If your water service has been disconnected, it is critical that you speak with a customer service representative to process your payment before service can be restored. Do NOT pay online. The payment must be made by cash, Money Order, Cashier’s Check, or Credit/Debit Card.

Water service is then restored by your City/Village Water Department, not Fox Metro. Once payment is made to Fox Metro, we will submit a request to your City/Village to restore your water service. Each City/Village’s reconnection times vary and are subject to change at their staff’s availability.
